Celetel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violations.

Account Responsibility

If an account is required to access services, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and ensuring that all activities under your account comply with our policies. Celetel will not be responsible for unauthorized use due to negligence.

Payments and Billing

All payments should be made in accordance with the pricing shared during onboarding or specified in your agreement. Invoices will be generated based on usage or subscription. Delayed payments may result in temporary service suspension. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Limitation of liability

While we aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, Celetel is not liable for:

• Third-party disruptions (including WhatsApp or Meta API downtime).
• Indirect losses such as revenue or data loss.
• Unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celetel and its affiliates from any claims, actions, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the website or any violation of these terms.

Confidentiality

All business information shared between you and Celetel will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of Celetel Technologies. No content may be reused, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
